Evil knows the importance of perception and if it can control how the individual life thinks, then evil has a powerful stronghold and even a death grip on the spirit inside the individual human body. Remember evil loves to use various forms of pleasure and emotions against us.
Evil manipulates and perverts our identity, love, liberty, faith and freedom. That’s exactly what evil does and has done while using “SELF” against the individual.

This is a deeply serious matter of the heart (Spirit) and you MUST BE BORN AGAIN! God is the ONLY ONE that can save you from yourself and give you a new spirit and new heart! It’s completely supernatural!
Remember, you are a spirit in a sophisticated bag of meat and bones. So seek the one true God of all creation who actually came within His own creation to redeem that which was lost. Remember, this is all a part of a master plan that is far bigger than we can entirely grasp which is why it requires “FAITH”.
Going to church or joining/belonging to a denomination doesn’t make you a child of God no more than going to McDonalds turns you into a BIG MAC! Seek God in spirit and complete truth!!!
But if you want to go to church find one where they are truly and massively loving God with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength!!! Where they actually KNOW GOD and you can sense and see God in them.
Find one that’s truly doing what Jesus commanded…. Feeding the hungry, clothing those who need it. Taking people in. Visiting people in prison, and actively reaching out to a lost world because of the selfless love of God in them and evidently working through them. May you clearly see they are truly loving God wholeheartedly and others!!! NOT ACTING OR PERFORMING OR CREATING A SUPERFICIAL CHRISTIAN CLUB OR BUSINESS.
May you find one who is Especially reaching out and loving the unlovable like Jesus did! Not just building up their own scene. You’ll know it when you see it! It’s not about showmanship, performance, BIG SCREENS, FOG MACHINES, & SKINNY JEANS!
Jesus said “Come out and be separate”
May you become specifically what Almighty God wants to be “in you” and “through you” so God can use you to help others home to His heart.

You’ll live by and in the Holy Spirit and in “truth” instead of carnally and blinded by emotions or the things of this world/realm.
You won’t want what you know to be evil anymore. When you fall or fail you’ll get back up. You won’t love sin but hate it.
Eventually You’ll abhor those evil things and will resist it with fierceness. You’ll be truly sorrowful when you blow it! You’ll find those old ways repulsive and a trap! You’ll have treasured peace like you never knew possible.
These are what the Bible calls “fruit” from being born again of the Spirit of God. Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, and controlling “SELF” by denying it as Jesus commands!
Compromising or turning to evil things are temptations but no longer your hearts desire because you’ve become aware that it’s THAT which brings death to your intimacy with God in spirit. There is so much more God has for you!
You cannot do any of this on your own or in your own strength. This is an inner working of God (by God’s Grace through faith) with A continual honest self examination of your hearts condition and spiritual awareness! This is essential! Do so spiritually holding His hand and let Him hold your heart while keeping every thought captive to Jesus/God. The pure in heart will see God.
There is a very real war for your mind! Because as a man thinks so he is.
Pray always as you are awake! Go through your day in communication with God! Pay attention and be careful as you go. Live wisely not as the unwise. May His love, joy, peace, and power fill you each day, every day, all day, as you turn your minds attention and your hearts affection to JESUS!
Seek the Holy Spirit of Almighty God FIRST before opening the HOLY BIBLE. It is in fact ALIVE and sharper than any double edge sword. “In Him” we have nothing to fear my friend. Read John 15
